Tiger 800
Engine
With a peak power output of 115 PS and a torque of 84 Nm, the Tiger Sport 800’s triple engine offers a burst of rapid acceleration and linear power distribution. The stainless-steel exhaust produces a deep, unique roar.
A sleek, six-speed transmission with Triumph Shift Assist installed as standard makes sure that every gear shift is accurate, seamless, and fatigue-free—even on prolonged trips. The Slip and Assist clutch provides a very light and accurate feel at the lever, which is especially helpful in crowded city centers and allows the rider more control over modest speed.
CORNERING AND AGILITY
The Tiger Sport 800 is outfitted with top-quality adjustable suspension parts, including Showa 41mm upside-down distinct function cartridge forks that can be adjusted for compression and rebound damping. These are enhanced with a Showa Monoshock with a large 150mm wheel travel and adjustable rebound damping, as well as a remote hydraulic preload adjuster that makes it simple to maximize the ride when towing a pillion and luggage.
Even when completely loaded with luggage and a pillion, the Triumph brand’s radial-mounted, 4-piston brake calipers and twin 310mm front discs, along with a single piston sliding caliper and 255mm disc at the back, guarantee effortless and progressive braking and outstanding stopping power. Michelin’s Road 5 sports touring tires, which provide exceptional grip and inspire confidence in all riding conditions, are mounted on lightweight cast aluminum wheels.
The Tiger Sport 800 features a comfortable, ergonomic seat with ample padding that supports the rider and pillion, as well as a roomy, upright riding position that enhances every ride. Additionally, the pillion seat has built-in grasp handles for increased passenger safety. The narrow stand-over breadth and the easily accessible 835mm seat height provide a reassuringly stable sensation at a stop and encourage confidence while doing low-speed maneuvers. The integrated wind deflectors and the readily adjustable windscreen, which can be adjusted with only one hand, improve rider comfort at high speeds. This bike is designed for weekend touring thanks to its 18.6-liter fuel tank.
TECHNOLOGY
Without sacrificing the excitement of the ride, the Tiger Sport 800 is loaded with technology that enables riders to confidently get the most out of their bike in every situation.
At the touch of a button, you may switch between three riding modes: Sport, Road, and Rain. The “Sport” option allows for an even more eager throttle response than the “Road” setting, making it easier for riders to unleash the 800cc triple’s potential. On the other hand, “Rain” mode provides a softer throttle response and a more secure ride in the rain by allowing for an earlier traction control intervention.
In challenging conditions, improved cornering ABS and traction control provide even more peace of mind, allowing riders to concentrate on having fun. Using a 6-axis inertial measurement unit (IMU), this cutting-edge technology determines the bike’s lean angle and automatically modifies the degree of intervention to provide the best possible performance and control. Cruise control makes longer trips more convenient and less taxing.
With its handy switch cube, this multipurpose display is small and easy to use. It has an LCD upper part above an integrated color TFT screen, making it easy to see at a glance. As standard, the My Triumph Connectivity System is installed, enabling Bluetooth-controlled turn-by-turn navigation, phone, and music information.
Its unique Daytime Running Lights (DRL) and all-LED lighting system provide outstanding visibility and a bold, eye-catching appearance that draws attention on any route.

ON THE ROAD
The Tiger Sport 800 may be customized for any trip with features like heated grips and the Akrapovič slip-on sliencer. A variety of luggage options are available, and they all easily fasten to the integrated pannier mounts that were created in tandem with the bike to precisely fit, function, and match its style.
The Tiger Sport 800 offers a low cost of ownership with class-leading service intervals, shorter workshop times than the competition, and a worldwide 2-year unlimited mileage guarantee that includes Genuine Triumph Accessories.
“A new three-cylinder engine at the heart of the Tiger Sport 800 delivers the power and excitement that riders want, whether tackling the daily commute through the city streets or enjoying a weekend blast on a winding rural road,” stated Steve Sargent, Chief Product Officer at Triumph Motorcycles.
